Basic Advanced Youth Facilitator Training Schedule

HIPP (Help Increase the Peace Project) is a brief introduction for high schools & youth centres. HIPP Workshops are for young people in the third (year 8 – age 13) through to seventh forms (year 13 – age 17). They have been specifically adapted as the youth version of the AVP adult workshops.

This programme is experiential in that learning happens with participants having hands on experiences through participating. HIPP helps people, who want to change their lives, to develop the awareness and skills they need.

The workshops run over 3-days during school hours. The HIPP Basic Workshop covers the Basic Themes. The Advanced Workshops concentrates on issues/themes decided by the participants. If needed, an Intermediate Workshop can be run to help participants prepare for the deeper experiences of an Advanced Workshop.
